Some recent works

I've been working with acrylics, gouache, and watercolors a lot lately, but I am known to use very uncommon mediums!

Rainbow Princess

I took this photo at Noccalula Falls, in Gadsden, Alabama.  I have taken hundreds of photos at the falls over the years.  This was the first time I captured the rainbow almost coming out of the gorge and over the statue of the princess.  A once in a lifetime shot for me.

I took this photo at Mt. Carmel Church in Chelsea, Alabama.  This is a beautiful old church, with a really neat, pre-civil war cemetery across the road.
